I'll be very surprised if I havent gained tomorrow. I can blame the change in work patterns all I want but I know I've been eating crap all week and not exercising enough. Oh well time will tell.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Well, having had a cold and a chest infection for the last week - my appetite has just gone to zilch - so have now lost 24lbs since Christmas. I cannot believe I am now 12 bags of sugar lighter - people keep asking me if I am fading away!

okay so I weighed this morning and I've put on .4 of a kilo so I'm going to call it half a kilo for arguments sake. I'm not that unhappy even though I put on this week, as you seriously wouldn't believe the amount of carp I've been shoving down my throat. Pizza, chocolate, nuts, sausage rolls, vol-a-vonts etc etc.:eek:
This week I'm (hoping) to do a back to basics week on my diet. Lets hope it works eh :rotfl::A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
Quick update, now 10st9 and getting into the size 12s is much easier! 12 weeks till holiday, just about 5lbs to go so I'll just carry on as I am.0

well I've vanished from this challenge for a very long time but have decided enough is enough and I'm back in! I'm going to give up choc, cheese and crisps as soon as I've eaten my easter egg (my folks always buy me one). Have just been out for a long walk and I'm hoping the lighter nights will encourage me to do this at least a couple of times a week.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
