No loss for me this week, but thats because I've been naughty
Not terribly naughty but on Sunday I had an extra sandwich and half a bag of chocolate orange crispy things, and then on Monday I had a breakfast sandwich, and Wednesday I had a big mac with a milkshake(!) and yesterday I had a blueberry muffin. Theoretically I should have gained this week but I haven't so alls well
I'll be good this week I promise :A:A:A:A:A:A0
