  • Hello hellooo

    Well done all you losers!

I've been trying to motivate myself to lose a bit off my belly since November. Not much joy. Working from home sat on my ar*e all day hasn't helped.

It would be good if I could join you on here and post measurements as an incentive. Will also save me pounds as my weakness is dirty DIRTY fizzy pop and lindt 70% chocolate. Everything I save from not buying these anymore will go in the sealed pot saving plan.
I shall go and dig out a measuring tape and attempt to locate my waist.

Let me know what I should do to join this challenge - as I am an MSE newbie.

    Thank you

I hate you beanielou..... not really but I am really jealous. It looks to be another week of sod all loss for me. I dont know what I'm doing wrong. I'm eating right, and I'm exercising. Maybe I'll try the an adaptation of the wendy diet, or maybe I'll look at my menu and see where I can cut back a bit more. *sigh*

Maybe you need to mix up your diet a bit more Sar, it can make a huge difference as you're clearly being active enough.

I've lost another two pounds this week, my BMI is now 21.46 according to the NHS site.
I've lost my boobs too, they've gone from a DD to about a C I'd guess, need new bras now

Well, I've been really bad this week. I'm putting it down to the stress of DS going away from home for the first time.

He comes home from holiday today :j , so fingers crossed my diet will improve next week
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
