Think not of your failures, but focus on your triumphs.

The more you beat yourself up about things, the more down you feel. The more down you feel the more you eat to "cheer yourself up".

    It's vicious circle.

So go out and buy fruit. Then eat it. Even if the rest of your meals are deep-fried mars bars - eat that fruit!

Ta hun, wise words as always ;)

I've got a glass of wine, does that count as fruit :D

Oh dear... I made the mistake of buying of top in a size 10 because it was in a charity shop for £2.75. My boobs have never been an issue before but there was no WAY I was squeezing them into that top.... so it's resided to the 'lose weight and fit into this' pile...

Well I weighed myself today and despite a c**p week or two and now having a chest infection and possible asthma as well I have still lost weight and inches. :T

I've been signed off work for a week as well - its the first time in five years I've had any time off - and I;'m bored bored bored. :rolleyes2

Anyway - i'm hoping that once I feel better I can get back to Pilates and aquarobics I'll manage to get back on the healthy eating and lose the other 10lbs I need to lose. :T
