Think not of your failures, but focus on your triumphs.

The more you beat yourself up about things, the more down you feel. The more down you feel the more you eat to "cheer yourself up".

    It's vicious circle.

So go out and buy fruit. Then eat it. Even if the rest of your meals are deep-fried mars bars - eat that fruit!

  • 1 lb on for me too - not a massive surprise, to be honest am surprised it wasn't more as I have been a bad, bad girl.

My misdemeanours include: curry, fry up, pastries and muffins, KFC, vietnamese meal, beer, more beer, chocolate 'til it almost oozed from my ears, crisps, roast pork belly dinner. Oh well, new week now....

Well i am extremely pleased as got on scales this morning and no loss, really wasn't expecting any this week as total amount of take out meals is 5 plus a fry up and have done some exercise but no gain either :j

So still on the lost 7.5lb mark.

Next week i promise to be healthy which should be acheivable as no birthdays, anniversarys or friends visiting that i haven't seen for a while!

Oh and getting skint too so can't afford to eat out! :rotfl:

No change for me too this week, but I have an excuse. I have the same problem Spud did a few weeks ago. I stopped taking fibre tablets about a week and a half ago (they were part of a supposed dietary aid which didn't work) and I think I've confused my body a bit as I haven't "been" since last Monday. I'm going to go out and buy something to 'help me along' this afternoon, but for this week it still counts as a no weight change.
