Oops forgot to measure in yesterday as was at the CAB training and the forgot when I got home. I did measure myself though and came in at

Well, I weighed and have stayed the same - so no loss, no gain - I can live with that. However, on the up side I entered a comp to win a years membership to Rosemary Conley Online..... and won, so that might help me shift some of my excess flab! DEBT FREE since 2011
