    The POPLA code was issued via email on Wednesday 17th July.

    I got a message via WhatsApp to say the landowner had “requested” the PCN be cancelled on the 18th July.

    The first day I wasn’t able to “pay” was 23rd July.

    Not now, because POPLA Codes last 32 days.

    Sorry Coupon-mad I’m a bit confused.

    The POPLA code is still valid as it was only issued on 17th July however I believe the landowner requested the PCN to be cancelled on 18th July.

    I was still able to “pay” online until the 23rd July - now Britannia’s system say it cannot retrieve my details.

    I just wondered if it was ok to assume the PCN had been cancelled.
