As an update, the manager reckons he’s contacted Britannia to cancel but the PCN is still live.

I’m currently trying to get proof of the cancellation but I’m also aware time is running out for me to make an appeal.  I have until the 23 June to do this.

Any advice/guidance on what to write would be appreciated.  I have tried to read Section 4 of POFA but to be honest I’m getting confused!

If you have an email from that manager confirming he has cancelled it then that would be very useful should the matter continue.

The problem I have is that despite writing, emailing, leaving answerphone messages etc the only contact I’m having is with a 3rd party and not him.  I honestly don’t know why he won’t reply to me and I do actually wonder whether he did actually contact Britannia.  I don’t really know what else to do now.

Wait another week or ten days.

POPLA Codes last till day 33 (not 28).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This will be the initial appeal to Britannia - I don’t have a POPLA code yet

    Oh ok.  Thanks Coupon-mad.

I’ll keep trying with Plan A and then I take it, when I do the appeal to Britannia I’m just using bullet points of their failings instead of writing my version of “war and peace” which I’ll have to do for POPLA?

There's a template appeal.  Is the NTK a POFA worded one or not?

The NTK is a POFA worded one.  I did upload a copy in an earlier post at the suggestion of another member.  I believe it’s the 3rd post on this thread.

I’m still trying to get the club’s manager to cancel the PCN.  Just wondered if there was a time limit they had to adhere to.

I only ask because I will need to make an appeal at the end of the week if it’s not cancelled by then.  I’m hoping that if I do appeal they can still cancel.

    Thank you
