Afternoon all. Sorry thought I posted on payday but obviously didnt! I'm getting there but the majority of mine seems to be loads and CC's get paid but balances go down depressingly slowly! Life just gets in the way! Part of my problem I think is having unrealistic expectations about how much I can pay off plus the odd splurge which puts me back plus things like car needing a service, mot in June, cats need vaccinating....list is endless! Hows everyone else doing?Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Payday today and I have already started to distribute my money to the different pots! I have cleared my hubby's Freemans debt this morning, paying off the last £36.63 which, although it is interest free anyway, is great because it means I have free'd up £55 each month to go to something else which has been accruing interest. Have been successful in off-loading most of my CC debt to 0% cards until at least this time next year so those will need focus very soon. Am off to list more items on ebay and amazon now to hopefully make bit more money to pay off the next CC target debt!Make £5 a day challenge - February £54.28/£140
To help pay off 0% CC debt - 27.1.15 £7367.12

Hi,we haven't made too much progress this month as had loads of special occasions to fork out for + had to pay £620 for car repairs! Still going for the £8k though & if we don't make it we won't beat ourselves up about it. Will make more progress after July when one of our loans finishes. Will update total on Monday 31st. March total's updated and still on track :j
Sent of a PPI reclaiming letter this month so fingers crossed as this would be a big boost.
However a few one off expenses coming up, including new glasses, car service and 2 weddings so April could be tricky.
How's everyone else doing as end of Q1 approaches?0 -
Just updated sig & only managed to pay off £147.90 this month, due to having the car repaired for £620! Mind you still managed to pay off over £700 in the first three months of the year so quite pleased with that. Just shows what kind of money we will be able to save once debt free!! Thanks ISOM. We have managed to pay off £715 + around 7% interest this year,if we were debt free & saved the same amount it would be around £800 with interest! Just goes to show you can soon build upquite a sum just by being sensible with your money. You are doing really well. Keep up the good work & all the best. Hope to have paid off around £1.5k by the end of next month,as long as there is no hiccups!!Debt at LBM(July 1st 07)-£35,053.92 Debt on 1st Anniversary of LBM(July 1st 08)-£33,170.11 (31st January 09)-£32,318.73Paid off so far £2,735.19(7.8%) Average paid off p.m. £143.95 L/H supporter 115 DFD target February 2018 DFD March 2028.
