Hi Guys,
Like to join you to. Currently owe 10k on a halifax loan, having paid off £1804. Love to get rid of it by the end of the year, (not sure how realistic that is). As I have very little spare money at the end of the month but I am going to start ebaying unless anyone has got any other great ways to make money? ps I already work full time..0 -

Welcome to the forums! I would start by working through Martin's money makeover (if you haven't already). Its suprising how lots of small savings add up. Switching credit cards, taking packed lunches to work, car sharing and switching utility providers have worked well for me.0 -
Hi everyone i know it's a little late in the year but i would like to be debt free too!! my partner and i currently owe 21610.00 across loans, overdrafts and cataloges, i never realised it was so much (agh!). i have so far managed to save about £200 per month just from switching gas, elec, buildings & contents insurance and i'm in the process of comparing and switching other things to, but this money is going mostly towards normal bills and getting me out of my overdraft! my target is to clear 12k in 12months. my minimum payments make up £8844 of that so i just need to find an extra £3156.0
