Keep fighting, which means do nothing more - don't pay for Land Reg details. Sit tight. Ignore threatograms. Stop replying.
If you get a court claim come back here.
That's it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I agree with @Coupon-mad . Also my records in the last 4 years show that Alliance are not particularly court active . A lot of threatograms but no claims issued so far.If you do move house within the 6 year period - make sure you inform Alliance of your new address so that the claim form does reach you .3

I realise this thread is a little old, but it's one of the main ones to come up when people hit problems with the Seaview car park, Alliance, Trace, Moorside, etc. and search the forum, so I'm just adding this in case it's helpful.
The landowners of Seaview car park are exactly the same as the owners of Ann's Cottage, the shop next to it. Ann's Cottage tries really hard to hide that fact, so the owners are clearly well aware of the reputational damage and hit to business if people realise how its owners are treating people parking in their car park - often just to shop at their store.
The owners of both Seaview car park and Ann's Cottage are Rebecca Cornelius and Emily Clare Doney. You can see their details on the Companies House website if you search for Ann's Cottage (company ID 06822569), and likewise on the Land Registry website if you search for title CL243058 ("Ann's Cottage Filling Station").
Having just found myself in the same position as others in this forum, I am going to contact the landowners and make my feelings known, and suggest anyone else affected does the same.

This month, we need you:.PLEASE bookmark this thread below and do Public Consultation if you haven't done it yet. See this thread: -We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline! Just 2 weeks left but please don't rush it. You can do some then save it and come back to it as you have time.
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that.
So to try to help, I've written some guidance on that thread.
Any questions on the Consultation please ask - on the dedicated thread - but I've covered up to question 20 already in that first post, openly telling everyone what I'm going to put and/or what sort of evidence you might wish to use for your response, if you agree with what we'll be saying from our experience.
Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background. However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!
