The issue seems to be that the OP effectively wants a free upgrade (and they've made no secret of this):Lorr244 said:I have given 3 hotel options in Kusadasi that i don't mind changing to but i will not pay more money so please do not inform me of a price increase.Lorr244 said:As i said. I booked this holiday in good faith so it is only right that you honour a hotel change at no cost to me.Lorr244 said:I would like you out of courtesy to change our hotel at no expense to us and not expect me to do anything.0 -

However, the key point remains - the fact that their website included a link to a third party page with reviews for the wrong hotel (while still accurately representing the actual features of the hotel in their own material) doesn't actually entitle you to anything (assuming they can make the case that it was a genuine error rather than deliberate misleading) but they might be prepared to accept a reasonable suggestion for an alternative, i.e. something in a similar price range to what you booked. If you're hoping that they'll move you to a better hotel for no extra cost then I can't see that getting you anywhere, but what sort of outcome are you actually expecting at this stage?0 -
Lorr244 said:Only a handful in Kusadasi unfortunately. Transfer times (and cost) are quite far from Izmir hotel. The next cheapest would be and extra £350 for us all. May not sound a lot but to be honest I would have chosen somewhere else if I knew this was going to happen. Even Spain.
Yes, they have made a mistake linking the wrong hotel, and although the link clearly showed a hotel with a different name (which you could have spotted) this should be enough grounds to request a full refund.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1
