I would have thought that you should email it. ?

Perhaps their system uses Windows and was caught up in the global catastrophe. ?

The letter asks me to create a login to respond to dispute the debt but this is the error code I get when I try to create an account. Do you think it would be reasonable to just email the enquiries email rather than creating an account?

    Just email it.
Nobody ever suggests anyone should 'create an account' with them. Sounds a bit like being a customer.

Ok thank you. I'll send the reply to the main email address. The letter says on the first page that if you want to dispute the debt I have fill out their online form which requires me to set up a login. I did try to no avail.

You don't have to do what the likes of Gladstones say.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Received this back from dvla. Does that look correct? Do you mind checking please? Thank you.
I’ve sent email to Gladstones as advised.

Ignore the DVLA, who are in PPCs' pockets.

This is interesting, well to me anyway. There are over 96,000 companies registered to the same address 71-75 Shelton street London, the same as Brewerygate. This link explains why.

Hi sorry to jump on I’ve never used this site before. I have the exact same issue, just wondering if you ever got this sorted? I have received a parking fine, never received the initial £60 letter only the second one saying I owe £100! I have proof of paying on my banking app transactions however it now says I am too late to even appeal it. I’m just wondering if this is going to affect my credit score as I am only 21 it’s worrying me. I want to fight it but have nowhere to begin.. if they take me to court surely it would be dismissed with having the proof that I paid? Thankyou in advance
