Received Parking Charge even though I have evidence on my bank statement that I paid

Could one of you clever people please help me with this problem please? I have today received a Parking Charge after parking in a brewery car park on *th May 2024. I purchased a ticket from the machine on site as soon as I parked and bought 12 hours for £5. The car park is manned via an ANPR camera and the time I am recorded as entering is 2 minutes before the payment was made according to my bank. I left 6 hours later. The bank and have given me the approval code used by the carpark. I am going to email the company that has issued the Parking Charge to explain this but wondering if there's anything else I should do or say in my email?
Is this likely to be straightforward or am I in for a fight?
Many thanks for your time

Plan A is for the keeper to complain to the landowner and the keeper's MP. Do not blab about the driver's identity.
Plan B is to appeal to the PPC using the template in blue text you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.
Which PPC issued the NTK? Was it PoFA compliant? If you are unsure, please post both sides here. Redact all personal data but leave the dates showing.
Where did the alleged event event occur? It may have cropped up here before.

I'm trying to work out how to get the pics on here of the PPC to see if it's PoFA compliant. I'll hopefully do that when my teenager gets home!

The location given on the NTK is Brewerygate Liverpool L85XJ. That is too vague to identify the relevant land where the alleged event occurred. It does not therefore comply with the strict requirements of the PoFA 2012, and therefore incapable of holding the keeper liable.I married my cousin.
