But change things like 'your client' or 'the Claimant' to "you" etc. because the Template is written for a third party solicitor which Brewerygate are not.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have now received a letter from Gladstone solicitors despite me requesting 30 days for legal advice. I haven’t received a reply from DVLA re paragraph 11 of PoFA after 2 requests that were confirmed via electronic reply.
I’m seriously up for my day in court! This is totally unjust

That letter is dated 12th July and offers you thirty days from then.Alphawife said:I have now received a letter from Gladstone solicitors despite me requesting 30 days for legal advice.
Back in June you asked them for thirty days. You have your thirty days - and more.
You now need to be thinking about what to do when the Claim Form drops through your letterbox in the middle of August.

Thank you. I sent the email to Brewerygate on 9th July so thought I had 30 days from then before it was handed over to a solicitor. I now realise from your comment that it’s 30 days before it goes to court.KeithP said:
