I have now received a letter from Gladstone solicitors despite me requesting 30 days for legal advice.
I haven’t received a reply from DVLA re paragraph 11 of PoFA after 2 requests that were confirmed via electronic reply.
I’m seriously up for my day in court! This is totally unjust0 -

Back in June you asked them for thirty days. You have your thirty days - and more.
You now need to be thinking about what to do when the Claim Form drops through your letterbox in the middle of August.
