  • I agree with AlexMac. KR have always given me good service and if you need to call them it's much quicker to speak with someone than it is with most other providers. They invariably offer a slightly better rate of interest to roll over maturing fixed rate accounts/ISAs than is advertised on their website for the equivalent new account.
  • We've had Cash ISAs with them and they seemed very slow at handling transfers.
