I definitely went there about 3 years ago. So it was there then!

Its a couple of years since I last went there but the staff were very helpful in the branch,  I do my accounts online now

Well i opened an account with them yesterday, transferred funds in today, and now cant access my account to check. Their phone lines are only open 8am - 7pm, so no chance of checking tonight. Not impressed so far.

Good experience, works as advertised. Money transferes take about 24 hours to complete.

I used them them before and now with Easy Access & Notice accounts.
The website is basic and functional but does the job...no issues at all.

Rates can be attractive sometimes, only trouble is if you are moving away from eg Santander lowering rates and are used to instant transfers in an out of your external current accounts, then the delays in funding and withdrawing are niggling. If you just want a pot of easy access money at top table rates for non instant emergencies then fine.

I have used them.  The best rates and simply transfer the money in and out using the website

Sorry to revive this 3 month old post but I thought I'd add that my experience of Kent Reliance has been astonishingly good.  We have no Banks at all near us (even Nationwide who have more than most and a promise "everywhere we have a branch, we promise to still be there until at least the start of 2028..." closed all five branches in Inner SE London a few years ago) so I bank online of necessity, but KR's online services are great and their call centre staff (in Hyderabad and Bangalore!) even better.  Decent savings rates too
