Looking for Non Fixed Cash ISA

But your stated requirements are very broad - the first few pages of those results at Moneyfacts all pay accessible 4.5+% interest monthly or annually!  What differentiates products for you?

I like to get recommendations from others in this group in addition to researching different accounts

I find this leads to better outcomes and avoids errors or bad decisions

The accounts in that list are all easy access ones, so you can withdraw what you want, when you want!

Out of curiosity, what did you end up going for, and what was the basis for your decision?

I went with Paragon 
The rate is good 
The Service is good 
They do monthly interest
Plus I already have an account with them 

Withdrawals have a penalty for more than two withdrawals a year but other than monthly interest I have no plans to withdraw
