    I've done all that.
I'm just looking for any recommendations from people who have set up cash ISAs they are happy with which meet my requirements
But your stated requirements are very broad - the first few pages of those results at Moneyfacts all pay accessible 4.5+% interest monthly or annually!  What differentiates products for you?
I like to get recommendations from others in this group in addition to researching different accounts

I find this leads to better outcomes and avoids errors or bad decisions
I'm asking for recommendations for accounts others have used which :
    Are Reliable
    Provide Good Service
    Provide Monthly Payments

On the basis of this info I make my decision
But what does 'reliability' and 'good service' actually mean to you, or perhaps what does 'unreliability' and 'bad service' look like, in terms of how to actually differentiate between ISA providers?  Maybe you find that asking vague open questions really does help you, but personally I can't see how your approach to this thread "leads to better outcomes and avoids errors or bad decisions"?

For example one of the monthly interest accounts mentions the monthly interest must be compounded.
I was not sure if this meant it must be kept in the ISA account
The accounts in that list are all easy access ones, so you can withdraw what you want, when you want!

    I've made my decision
Thanks for all your advice 😊

Out of curiosity, what did you end up going for, and what was the basis for your decision?

    I went with Paragon
    The rate is good
    The Service is good
    They do monthly interest
Plus I already have an account with them

Withdrawals have a penalty for more than two withdrawals a year but other than monthly interest I have no plans to withdraw
