Oh my gosh I've just read through all your progress you sound like you are smashing it.
I bet it feels so great to get some things paid off but I feel you on the savings. It's so hard to save and then use it in one go but it seems like it was definitely worth it.
I like the idea of making things to sell too using all your skills.1 -
@_Dolly_Rocker_ I am thinking of taking a leaf out of your book and using the little bit of savings I have access to to pay off my smallest debt. I have £120 I can access right away that will halve my smallest debt after the extra payment I have due on it tomorrow. Do you feel it was worth it for you to do? I feel nervous giving up the little bit I've got but I am hoping you can give me confidence that it's worth it0

@Mimismoney23 - Thank you! I feel great about it tbh. So glad I did it.
I've also just found out that I've got Baileys insurance claim coming through which is £668 so I'm going to be paying 1/2 of this straight away to a CC and keep the rest in my main account.
Whatever is left at the end of the month I'll pay off the CC.

Had a trip to Costco yesterday so I've currently got a months worth of dog food on my dining table.
No list or update yesterday because we interred my granny's ashes in with my grandad yesterday. Was a lovely day but a long one. Was on the go from 8am till after 9pm. Still tired today!

Sounds like you have had a lot on and an emotional day yesterday.
Thank you for the advice on the savings, I have done it.
Good news on the insurance claim too that will be another big help.1 -
@Mimismoney23 - Yeah it was, I was done in and still am today.
Eeeeeek excited for you to pay this first debt off.

Wednesday List
- FT shift
- 3 paid dog walks
- Tidy LR - BR - BTRM - KTCH - DR
- Laundry
- Sort stuff to sell on Vinted
- Sort stuff to donate to charity shop
Just done a £3 survey so think I'm up to £32 now.
Added some coins to my savings jars yesterday - got a jar with £1 and £2 coins and a pineapple bank with £0.50 in it. Plan is when they are full to cash them in and have a wee shopping day for myself. Will take a while the jar is just about under 1/2 way full and the pineapple will be even less I think - can't see in it!

The jars sound like a great idea. Good on the surveys it's soon adding up
