A Change is Gonna Come.................

All dogs walked for the day, including my own who are now both snoozing. 

I've had a red thai curry for dinner and now just sitting finishing off some work on the laptop. 

Gonna get an early night - I am sooooooooo tired today.

Oh it's cold today and I love it! Can't beat a nice cold, dry wintery day. 

Dogs walked and brekkie time now. 

Working for a bit then Dr's at 11 for bloods, 2 dog walks then back to walk my own 2. 

Busy day as usual.

Oh winter is defo here. That's me home and cosy for a while at least - dog walk later but will try and keep them in till about 6pm. 

Once I'm done with their walk I've got 2 dogs to check in on then home to tidy up and chill.

Busy but good day today. 

Met a friend (ex's sister) for a long overdue catch up. Went charity shopping, wandered about the shops then had a wee lunch. 

Came home for 3pm to wait for a video call from the company I bought my bed from, this is the 2nd one that has broken. They didn't call by 5pm like they said they would so had to chase it and honestly not even sure what they are doing. 

I've asked them to replace the base with a divan base but they just kept saying we've never had this happen to any customer before - well it's happened to me!

They are gonna get someone to contact me tomorrow. 

Sleeping on the couch in the meantime.

So I'm back after my (almost) week away at the hot tub lodge.

It was great! So chilled and peaceful and the break I needed. 

Decided to come home today due to the yellow weather warnings in place for through the night - better safe than sorry!/.,

So right now I'm watching a crime documentary on YouTube - had no smart telly all week - but was good cos I read a couple of books and watched rubbish proper telly which I don't do at home cos I don't pay the TV licence so it was different!

Just about to hang up my first load of laundry and put another one in.

Need to go back out with the dogs about 6 for a walk then I'm gonna have a chinese and an early night,

Well what a difference a day makes - the snow is completely gone!

Snowed in yesterday and today hardly any evidence of it at all. 

I'm happy with that so my paid walk for today is on, will pick her up at 11 drop her off at 1 then walk my own. 

Housework after that.

Very spendy day today already;

• 2 new front tyres - could actually see the wire on the outsides! Only noticed when I parked with the wheels turned out.
• Filled up the tank - was empty due to my wee trip to Ayr for the week

Managed to pick up an extra dog walk today so that's an extra £20 incoming so will help towards those payments.

Thought my BT was due up for renewal soon but it's not till June 2025 - oh well I'll add it to the diary to check for a deal when the time is up. 

Starting to look towards 2025 now and setting some goals. 

Will update them here in the new year then can start marking them off as I complete them.

So new tyres cost me £110 but at least the car is now safe. 

Home for an hour so gonna have a cuppa then walk the dogs. 

When I get back from that I need to have a quick shower and head to meet my pals for a wee dinner date.

Oh it's cold today. 

Dogs had their morning walk so now fed and snoozing. 

I've got a McDonalds brekkie on the way (bad I know) and a coffee, heating on and watching true crime on YouTube. 

Got a couple of dogs to walk between 11am and 1pm, home to walk my own 2 after that then housework to do. 

I've been putting it off every day but I need to sort it out.
