Not for the current tax year, as HMRC receives no information until after the end of the tax year in question. For previous tax years, HMRC will have the information. They might tell you if you phone them and ask. They do not provide this information to third parties like an ISA provider unless they are voiding or repairing an ISA after a breach of the rules. There are improvements afoot in reporting of ISA subscriptions, so maybe some day it will be possible to track your subscriptions in real time. Maybe in a decade or two.

What's the actual underlying situation that provoked this (presumably non-hypothetical) question?
