Hi all, This is my first post so thank in advance and apologies if this is the wrong way of going about things. I recently received a £60/£100 PCN from Parking Eye for overstaying in a private car park. I paid for 4 hours and the ANPR recorded my entry to exit time as 4 hour 15 mins.
