Claimant wants to discontinue as expected and DCB legal sent the notice of discontinuance. However they haven't ticked the boxes. Is this an issue?

Maybe Pickstone is a newbie, unfamiliar with the paperwork   ?

Check with the court after the hearing fee deadline has passed,  see if the case is vacated

I'd email DCB Legal a copy of that NoD, point out the paralegal's error and request a properly completed NoD replacement.

If Pickstone is a Newbie he/she needs to learn from mistakes made.

Hi, 

I just opened the PDF on the Desktop and it seems this is a fillable form and the ticked box didn't show on my smartphone for some reason; it does show on the Desktop, though.
