sending this in today. By searching the forum I found DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk. I guess that's the correct email address to use.
Correct, it is on the template defence thread.

Please stick to the first 12 steps. Don't search the forum, no need.

Then carry on following the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread so that you don't need to ask about the laughable Mediation phone call. It is all already covered there.

We hope that we are only needed again by Defendants at WS & evidence stage next year. The 'first 12 steps' advice saves us all time.

See you in a few months time.

    Hi All,

To keep you updated, I just had my 5 minutes mediation call. They Lady was very friendly, however as many before me pointed out she said that when not accepting settlements, the costs could rise in court and that there is always the risk of loosing if no satisfactory evidence was to be presented. Also that if I at least negotiate, the judge would take that into consideration as well.

Anyways, I now offered 0£ and the call was ended. I now just hope that my standard defence without any signage etc. is enough for them to not wanting to waste their time and to discontinue at the next stage.

    Many thanks

She lied. This is so wrong.

All of those statements about costs risk (and about the Judge considering whether a D offered money or not - this conversation is NOT known by the Judge and offers are not compulsory) are wrong in a parking case.

Please put in a formal complaint with the Mediation Service because they are misleading Defendants against scam Parking Operator roboclaims that the court service and mediators should be ashamed to support and lie about. Explain what she said and why she is wrong and this is misleading 'parking scam' victims.

    Hi guys,

I have now received the below asking the claimant to submit an amended particulars of claim. Any advice at this stage? In my initial defence I didn't include details about signage either, but went for the standard defence.

That order is one for @Le_Kirk to see!

The Court isn't impressed with the claim and sometimes this causes PPCs to give up. However, I expect DCB Legal will comply, then you must amend your defence or tell the court that your existing defence stands.

Show us the amended POC when that arrives.
