Well that seems pretty wise of them. Otherwise they'll not get a good review when you find the missing and broken bits and the naff kwality of the sheds. :D

  • Sales still on at all Kybotech sites I see. Not bad going - every day for the past couple of years - must be some kind of record.............!

  • Had to have a laugh at the following from gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk (Kybotech), bearing in mind that they advertise FREE DELIVERY in large letters, small print states 'conditions may apply'.............

    Delivery Restrictions:

We are not able to deliver to all offshore islands plus the following postcode prefixes: AB, BT, DD, HS, IV, KW, PH, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, TR21-25, ZE Scotland - Additional delivery charges for delivery to DG, EH, FK, G, KA*, KY, ML, PA*, TD (*Mainland only) Please add Scotland delivery to your order. Standard delivery times may be extended by up to 7 days.
South West - delivery to BH, DT, EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR (Excluding TR21-TR25). Standard delivery times may be extended by up to 5 days.

Just wondering if they delivery to ANY addresses in Scotland and if they do, is there any they DON'T charge extra?

No delivery whatsoever to certain main cities is a bit of a joke to say the least - Aberdeen (AB) Dundee (DD) Perth (PH) Exeter (EX) Plymouth (PL) Bournemouth (BH) etc, etc.

Major UK Company? Distribution & Logistics c/o Mickey Mouse......

I have ordered an outdoor toy for my daughters birthday from outdoortoysdirect.co.uk on sunday and they are linked with kybotech, i had an email today saying they will be delivering with there own drivers so if it is damaged when they deliver it i wont accept it because no where on there site does it say these are seconds.
I do normally check out websites before i buy from them but this one just seemed good and relatively cheap with free delivery i couldnt argue, but now reading this forum i am kicking myself , i just hope that it gets delivered in good condition otherwise i wont trust my kid playing on a potentially damaged toy (this being a trampoline).
But if everythings ok i will confirm on here or if i get messed about i will reply on here

Update...... Delivery for 6th march (friday) lets see if alls well tommorow!!!
  • sounds like a normal case for them broken elliptical trainer the box was 99% been sent out before broken items that are sent back are stripped for spares unless they are low on stock in which case they seem to send them back out.

the monitor thing i had experiences of and was told the instructions were for a old model and new ones were on the way for any new customer (this was may) humm still waiting

Recevied on 6th march as planned and there was no damages to the boxes and all the contents were there, i have put it up and its ok so i have no complaints here, i even contacted there customer services via email and they got back to me within 2-3 hours so i am generally happy with this. Maybe this company has got better i will leave you to decide
