If you do decide to switch to Nationwide, now's the time! They are offering £200 to new customers.cathybird said:@Worlds_Worst_Superhero I had been thinking of switching to Nationwide, WWS, so that's a good thing to know, even more incentive (even if I don't get a gift this time round) xx

As a bank/ building society, they are probably one of the best there is. Their banking app is brilliant, but I also like the reassurance of having a branch on the high street if I need to pop in with a query or pay in money.
The interest rates on their savings accounts are also really good 😊

Bit of a spendy day on Friday, but I'm not sorry 😆
The purchases were:
A new nightshirt to replace an ancient one that has become a bit baggy and mishapen. I love it! It's rainbow coloured and has Snoopy on the front ❤️ A local charity shop occasionally has racks of brand new Corporate Donations from places like M&S and Next, this one was from the former. Cost £3. I think this was more of a "want" than a "need" though.
Bottle of wine to "celebrate" the forthcoming election. £6. Wholly justified, IMHO.
NSD on Saturday and Sunday to make up for it though.

I’d like to set a target of 20 for June please, thanks so much @cathybird
today my partner ordered a vital replacement part for my PC. I don’t even know what it’s called, when I asked how much I owed him, he said I didn’t owe anything. Pleased about that! 😀1 -
@Worlds_Worst_Superhero I'm actually a former customer of theirs, will have to check whether I qualify as a new customer, but they tend to be generous like that, so I will definitely look into it this week.Worlds_Worst_Superhero said:If you do decide to switch to Nationwide, now's the time!
