No Spend Days on Wednesday and Thursday.
It's been a busy week, so I'm now going to enjoy my day off today.
I have a picnic lunch packed and am heading into the city. I had planned to take the train into the hills to tackle a new walking trail that has been opened up, but the weather forecast looks bleak and I don't fancy being knee-deep in mud.1 -
Just checked my banking app and there's a message informing me that as part of their Profit Sharing scheme they are going to give me £100 🥳
If you bank with a certain building society that begins with a "N" and ends with "..ationwide", have a check to see if you are going to get a little present.

No spend for me today, only purchase: groceries, I also got a call this morning saying they are refunding me an erroneous charge of £180 - completely unexpected..Very happy and will make me appreciate the weekend a lot more. I think That makes 10/31. Thanks @cathybird.2

Sulking that I’m not getting £100 from that building society @Worlds_Worst_Superhero has just mentioned - even though this year I actually used an account in a way I believed/hoped would mean I was eligible.
my partner meanwhile is getting the £100 and is going on about it to wind me up 🤣
Not an NSD today.
double boo 😀1 -
Also not getting the £100 quid from Nationwide. I have queried it as I believe I was eligible.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. @Worlds_Worst_Superhero I had been thinking of switching to Nationwide, WWS, so that's a good thing to know, even more incentive (even if I don't get a gift this time round) xx
