    I have been away for sooooooooo longggggggggg! I did try to return a few months ago, but MSE wouldn't let me log on .I tried a few times over a few days, then got sick for a few weeks (in bed with labyrinthitis for about 10 days), then just life! Now I am here  <3

    As usual, I am aiming for 15 NSDs this month. So far yesterday and today have been NSDs  #1 and #2, thank you cathybird

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
