Santander Easy Access Saver - What to do with it?

I've got an Easy Access (Issue 48) with Charter Savings Bank (NLA) still paying 5.13%, so I will be moving my Santander Easy Access Saver balance there on Monday. I will keep a small balance, maybe a few hundred, in the Santander.
Drawbacks:- (a) need to keep the CSB EA balance at £5K+ (b) withdrawal is not instant (instructed before 3pm on a working day, money should land in nominated current account by close next working day), I've become used to instant transfers between Santander EAS and Edge current account (c) need to expect a drop in the CSB rate soonish (?)0 -
