Does the copy of the NTK have the £100 on it? We had one last week where CEL put in one where the £ was blank.

Wow this is great. The claim form is indeed only signed 'S Wilson, Head of Legal (Claimant's Legal Representative)'.
However, their WS does include the full name Scott Wilson. It's obviously too late to add this to the defence, but should we say something about this in WS?

I wasn't asking if the original NTK you received had £100 in it.
