Thanks for the information, I'll look at the threads and draft a WS. The NTK did have the £100 on itCoupon-mad said:Look at recent WS such as the one by @Defendant911
And read today's thread by @Castle
Does the copy of the NTK have the £100 on it? We had one last week where CEL put in one where the £ was blank.1 -
Wow this is great. The claim form is indeed only signed 'S Wilson, Head of Legal (Claimant's Legal Representative)'.Gr1pr said:Check who signed the claim form too, was it S Wilson ? Or did it have the full name ?
If unsure, post a picture of the signature area, unredacted. ( But not the whole claim form. )
A recent case of theirs was lost, partly due to the incorrect signature, as reported on here yesterday
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6557242/civil-enforcement-ordered-to-pay-costs-of-1-280-65-after-poc-failures#latest
Plus woeful POC etc
However, their WS does include the full name Scott Wilson. It's obviously too late to add this to the defence, but should we say something about this in WS?1 -
That's the same thread by Castle I'd already advised you to read.
I wasn't asking if the original NTK you received had £100 in it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

'Parking Charge Due:
£100£60

I've put those questions to Costa in my response to them.LDast said:
Still doesn't answer the rest of the questions though.LDast said:...and is she authorised to sign agreements on behalf of the company. Also, why is there a different date below her signature and the date on the document? How long is the agreement valid?1 -
