If you get this when you double click on the Chrome icon (not a shortcut you've created) then it means you have changed your homepage to the Bing search engine.
If you get your normal startpage when you double click on the Chrome icon but the Bing startpage inside Chrome when you click on a shortcut then you've set the shortcut to open Bing search engine.
If you get Edge browser when you click a Chrome shortcut then you have deleted Chrome.
If you get Edge browser when you click a link (in for example an email) then you need to change the default browser to Chrome.1 -
