Extremely high bar, there’s no record of general counterclaim success on the forum.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You would need to have a valid legal point, not general issues around them putting you through the wringer, chasing payment of an outstanding unpaid Invoice

As mentioned above by Umkomaas, its a very high bar to jump over, with a bare minimum of a £35 counter claim fee

Have a look at the thread by Nosy who has counter claimed i think

Your costs and time are not a counterclaim at all but are just 'costs' (they are covered already in para 10 of the template defence).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's interesting that the Parking Eye website states:

"Evology EV chargers integrated with ANPR technology protect your charging bays from abuse and keep them available for drivers who need them"

As the OP was actually charging a vehicle one wonders exactly what PE were protecting from abuse!
