ParkingEye PCN whilst charging EV at Gissons Hotel, Exeter

Typical ParkingEye sign,.... very small unreadable print in the terms. Nothing in the main body of the sign that refers to EV charging. It's what you see first the counts0

The more conflicting info the better. If the parking signs aren't next to the "fuel pump" there's an issue.
If the driver was supposed to use a terminal but the hotel was locked or terminals inoperative then the contract is impossible to perform and potentially void from the outset.

Even if you know you are supposed to pay for ‘parking’ while charging, the only way to pay is via the Evology Parking app. If you select any duration under 3 hours, the app shows a message ‘Your stay duration was extended in line with the site’s tariff’, with a duration of 3 hours and a cost of £4.25.

Hi - a quick update if anyone is interested. After a good month or two without communication, I received this letter in the post:[Images removed by Forum Team]I love their reference to the popular TV show! All comments welcome.0

Yet another boring debt collector letter, read the parts near the bottom and ignore. ( We would all be millionaires if we had a pound for every one of those, must cost them a fortune in postage, but it keeps a soon to be Czech owned delivery business afloat )1
