No, they don't need other help nor legal advice. Sounds like you are taking this LBC too seriously. This isn't a fine.

This OP actually wants the court claim because that's when the scam ends.

We do these every day, every week of every year.  People don't have to consider 'responsibilities' (no paying any unfair private PCN!) and nor do they need legal advice to beat a typical scam parking court claim.

I have now received a formal claim form from the infamous Northampton Business Court.

I have managed to complete an acknowledgement but need some

There is a thread called Defence Template Thread near the NEWBIE sticky, have a read of that, in the meantime show us the N1 claim form REDACTED of all your personal data, claim reference number and password.  We need to see the POC.

Also copy the POC. Usually it will be along the lines of the Driver of vehicle XXXXX parked in breach of the terms.....

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.
