DCBL Letter of claim
Comments
-
Your first step is to ask them to confirm the validity of the claim and provide all relevant documents confirming your obligation to pay. Since you have already sent a dispute letter, you should wait for a response from them. If they do not provide sufficient evidence or information, you may need to seek legal help or advice to clarify your rights and responsibilities in this situation.

This OP actually wants the court claim because that's when the scam ends.
We do these every day, every week of every year. People don't have to consider 'responsibilities' (no paying any unfair private PCN!) and nor do they need legal advice to beat a typical scam parking court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also copy the POC. Usually it will be along the lines of the Driver of vehicle XXXXX parked in breach of the terms.....2 -
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.
