The problem I've had definitely isn't device specific.It's easier for NS&I to push the blame onto customers, than to admit the site is not very well written, or stable.For a start, how often do you need to be warned "Do Not Press Refresh!" and "Do Not Use The Back Button!" ... ? It's NS&I's online slogan!
Well designed websites are robust enough to deal with that stuff.
