The first time I tried logging in I got this sexy piece of 90s web nostalgia
I then went back to the NS&I homepage and tried to log in again - that time it worked.
In the past, I've noticed NS&I is VERY sensitive to browser changes. If someone clears cookies regularly, or uses Incognito/Private mode it definitely encourages login problems (from my experience).

It took me 2 attempts early this morning to log in - saw the read banner, tried anyway and was told that I'd entered incorrect details, so I tried again and was fine that time. I've had issues with the Skipton app today and it took me 2 attempts to log in to my regular current account, that I do daily, so maybe it's just one of those days.0

there is still a msg on their website stating about intermittent issues. isn't it about time they hired competent people to look after their website...0

Probably not helped by them sending out emails today saying that your Annual Statement is now ready to view hence a lot of people (me included) trying to get in the site to look at them.......2

I have tried to log in four times today. The last time couldn't even get past "Press the hash key". Please should I just keep trying or wait few hours or tomorrow? Or does phoning them work? Thank ou.0

I would suggest complaining and asking for compensation. At least you can get a fifty quid out of it. If the transaction is urgent I would apply by post.0

I just logged in first time with no issues on my PC that has its browser already registered as a trusted device.0

I’ve just managed to log in using Edge (usually use Chrome) & got in 1st time. Started trying over 2 weeks ago.0

I managed to get in with Edge but had to authorise my device yet again. Code took 5 minutes to arrive. Whole site very slow. Then could not download my effing statement.
At least the money is safe, no one can get at it not even me0
