But I've no way of knowing they've properly received the emails I resent yesterday. All I have is the same auto responses

What am I to do if they disregard my defence because my emails were ignored/misplaced for some reason?

If you have sent the email to the correct email address and received the auto responses, then you do know that the emails were received, the automatic responses prove it

What you currently dont know is if they have been logged yet, so keep checking your MCOL claim history to ensure that the email is logged sometime in the next week or so

If a future problem did occur , you would complain to the admins there with copies of the email sent and the auto response , with dates and times etc, proving your case

So keep checking your claim history on MCOL, this afternoon, then daily next week

OK, I will keep checking the log.

I'm nervous at the moment because it says the DQ was sent to me and then the order for me to complete it was sent, with a months gap between the two, so it looks like my completed DQ was not logged despite being sent.

I managed to get assistance with a phone call this morning. The advisor has assured me that if I've resent the original email, with the auto response as proof then all should be OK. They also said the phone call will be logged too.

I'm crossing my fingers that I've just been unlucky with a tech error on their side...

Then you have done everything possible to sort it out, so keep checking that log online, every day until its logged, but not at the weekend obviously, business days ONLY

Once its showing as logged, check the log weekly until it shows that it was transferred to your local court, once that happens forget MCOL and wait for your local court to send you a letter with instructions

Another update but still not good news. I've had a response finally from someone asking for proof that I sent the original document in time, which I provided. I then had another email asking for proof again (from someone else) or they will strike out my defence. I've once again sent proof but all I get is another bounce back email that says I'll get a reply in 14 days.

I'm having some serious concerns about the CNBC email system and regret not sending the form by post as well.

Is the email issue a common problem? Or am I just unlucky here? What more can I do if they won't respond to my emails?

There does seem to be a problem with the new email logging service

No good asking us, you should be asking them, Which means phoning them, because you are conducting your own case, you haven't hired lawyers to do it all for you, unlike the claimant

If in doubt, phone, or trust that they will do the right thing by you, or assume that they won't, you are not the only one with these problems , this thread below had similar issues

Complain to the CNBC and get your £250 compensation for their FUBAR system. Stop worrying.

As mentioned before I'm deaf and cannot use the phone to contact them on my own, which is why I'm so reliant on email and asked if this was a common problem for others.

I have managed to phone them once before with assistance but it's not easy to organise.

It's hard not to worry when I'm limited to emails that aren't replied to.

    No reply from them today.

Find out if they use the alternative option to the phone, typetalk or whatever it is for people with your disability, or ask the official assistance for people with it, plus email a complaint to your newly elected local MP about it, and about any special assistance for deaf or blind people etc, like the RNID, under the Equality Act 2010

Under the Equality Act 2010, people who are deaf or have a hearing loss might be defined as disabled. This act is in place to make sure that disabled people have equal access and opportunity without discrimination.

    And

Perhaps they or an advocate can speak on the phone to them on your behalf. ? Like
