    Today is the first "proper day"  now that everything is back to normal after Easter. My plan is to eat (almost) only whole foods with limited amounts of oil, sugar and cheese. Especially the cheese! 
    It being whole food doesnt affect calories of course, but I do find it helps with avoiding cravings. 

    Menu today. 

    Peanut butter and lettuce butty, raw carrots. 

    Steak curry and brown basmati. 

    Cold can of beans.

    Welcome Hotdog and good luck with the challenge, I think just by cutting down on the fish and chips and garage junk food should soon show positive results.  Can i recommend you measure yourself at the start as well some weeks the scales remain the same but you can see the inches / cms drop off which gives you the incentive to keep going.

    Evening everyone.  :)

    Yesterday was not a good start. Some fool bumped the freezer dial and the ice cream was about to melt... >:)

    Today was better. 

    1) The rest of the steak curry. 

    2) Minced beef, onion gravy, mash, sprouts, green beans cauliflower carrots.

     (Eight portions of fruit/vegetables and  STILL haven't reached the recommended fibre target. It seems impossible without beans or cereal?)

    Last quarter I didn't get anywhere; made many a bad food choices and couldn't get my head into the swing of things, then continued to make excuses for myself. Hoping I've finally learnt my lesson🤞🏼

    Aim of 50 lbs for this quarter please. Going to push myself and see how close I can get to the target

    Current weight is 306.2 lbs 😭

    Gosh  :o Is it even possible to lose over three pounds every week?  I will be watching in awe.  :) What method are you using?
