Good luck everyone

Think I'll be more realistic after my 21lbs loss aim last quarter (I've no doubt I CAN do that much, but my head needs to be right week in week out - and it most definitely isn't), so this quarter I'll aim for 10lbs.
The first week is probably going to be a mini disaster so we'll see where I am on Saturday.
I still can't help but think of 2 years ago when I was probably 50lbs lighter, admittedly it serves no purpose but thats me to a tee - looking back to happier times, slimmer times or whatever.......and the frustration/heartache of not having those times now.
I have been given the next 8 weeks off work because of my back condition so bit by bit I'll try to up the steps, there comes a tipping point whereby the good this does my back becomes a dull ache which then becomes a problem.
Hopefully I can gauge this better and keep the unhealthy food away!5 -
Hope everyone is well. I'm back in the saddle so 8 LB for me please.
Still not 100%, but better than I was at the start of the year.

Add me in please!! But I can't weigh myself until Thursday at the earliest as I get home from my cruise/forced feeding session on Wednesday. I'm hoping I won't be toooooo bad as I've been eating lots of fruit, ignoring most desserts and mostly not finishing those I can't ignore. And I've done a fair bit of walking too compared to normal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Good morning. Could I join this time please @Brambling
I'm going to aim for 8lb please.
I followed along the first quater and actually lost a bit of weight at the beginning but had put it all back on by the end. I got on the scales on Friday and I've upped water intake and watched how much I was eating and weighed again this morning for a starting weight and I'd lost 1.6lb. Hopefully I can keep that up.
LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
Mortgage@1 June 18 - £76350
Total debt @june 18 £102311
Debt Jan 25 £8282
Mortgage £51215. Total debt now £594976 -
Morning everyone thanks brambling for all your hard work failed miserably the first quarter but I’m in again would like to lose a stone so 14 pounds for me I’ve weighed this morning 😱5
-
Thanks @Brambling
I'll be in again this quarter.
Let's say target loss of 12 lb.
This would get me down to a whole number of stones and in the lower third of "healthy" range BMIs. I'm already in the middle but prefer it when I'm a bit lighter than that.5
