Can I re-join please?

I would like to aim for a stone by the end of the three months.
I think I will not bother weighing until the end, because gains and maintains send me a bit loopy, and I dont think "oh look I have had a natural fluctuation, stick with it" which would be sensible, but " Oh no, its all a waste of time, pass me the mini-cheddars"

Didn't do so well in the last quarter but always find it easier to exercise and eat better when it is lighter and sunnier. Aiming for 3 kg this quarter.4

Hello
I’m back for round 2. Could you please put me down for 14lbs @Brambling, thank you.
I’ve had a week off and am starting this quarter 1/2lb heavier than my last weigh in which is marvellous considering the chocolate bunnies I munched over the weekend and there was wine too.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025
