Could I join in this challenge? I haven't weighed myself for a month, scared to stand on the scale. I did 16:8 diet last year, was quite successful, then I reached the plateaus.... recently I have been eating large portion food, finish two burgers(no bun) for one meal, 4 muffins for a day, or 3 magnum ice cream in one go. I really need stop eating. My goal is to lose 11lb.2025 Goals:Challenging :

Hope everyone is well.
Still STS from me, big kick up the backside need for me.
Husband keeps reminding me I'm always too hard on myself, he reminded me about how ill I've been, and it could be 12 months or more before I'm better, unfortunately somethings will not improve so just need to adapt.
@Pixie_Cosmo, I'm not sleeping either, 2/3 hours at a time is not good.
I've also developed a sugar habit, I suspect it's because I feel constantly drained, how this has happened I've no idea, as sugar / sweet things have not been a problem until now, and ruddy sour gummy snakes / worms... I don't even like gummies but I'm scoffing them, (just not a full bag, thank God).
I've ordered a weighted blanket today, hoping it might help with sleep, just need the weather to warm up, I'm crippled the colder and damp days.
Last min. holiday booked, so have 5 weeks to pull it together.
If anyone has any low / zero sugar treats all suggestions gratefully received, currently on Vimto zero, low calorie ice lollies and need to get jelly to make to see if it helps.

Jenny, not sure if it's something you have but I find 0 cal fizzy drinks can be super helpful when you want something sweet, and the caffeine if you have e.g. C0ke zero can perhaps replace the sugar rush?
Otherwise I sometimes have flavoured protein drinks, but they do take some getting used to, and are not 0 calories but can help fill you up.3 -
Shocked and amazed that after only 1 week I'm back down to the zero point I managed last quarter which means I've lost the 5 pounds I gained while on holiday. Wondering now if it was all water weight or something.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Hi 👋 I have a 0.5 gain to report. This is mainly due to reintroducing HM bread, cake and pizza back into my diet and the lack of exercise since my fall. I’d like to keep HM bread, cake and pizza in my diet because it needs to be sustainable so I’ll have to try harder with exercise.Save £12k in 2024: £13,542/£12,0004

Morning all,
It’s STS for me this week, I’m disappointed as I really feel like I’m trying. I think my exercise and activity levels are where they need to be, so it has to be the calories I’m consuming. I’m going to try fasting as that has worked for me in the past, please wish me luck as I really want to lose the pounds

Hi all, so @Brambling please may I amend my goal to 9lbs to get rid of this quarter please? Not a good start! Or just put it down as a 3lbs gain :-( Might motivate me more lol!
So moving forward, I'm going to really try hard to get my steps in, eat less processed food / more veg and stop snacking, keep within calorie goals and less boozing. I'm taking some gut support tablets as well.
@jennystarpepper I am sleeping a bit better now, but it really ruins motivation etc when you're tired. Hope you manage to catch up on zeds.4
