Good morning NSD number 4 today.
I did some shopping yesterday and haven’t counted this as it was essentials, also helped by the fact all but one of my few items was a yellow sticker.@HotDog2020 I’ve had fish and chips twice in the last fortnight, once as a treat from my mum. I’ve had times in my life where I ate takeaway far too many times in a week. It can be hard to cut back but I taught myself to be proud when I did and had to embrace new eating habits to drastically improve my health. This was my motivation. You could prepare yourself a ‘fakeaway’ or cut down to one a week, then one every 10 days and then one a fortnight, you can still look forward to it and no reason why you shouldn’t! Or just have the fish? I did this as had to cut down carbs. Just wanted to say I understand and you can do it xx2 -
Thanks @MrsCautious I really appreciate the comment, I have stayed strong this week so far, just a hop skip and a jump and it will be a new week. Thank you. And hopefully it will be easier as I progress.3
