if I go to work, it's really hard for not spending. Morning , I want a cup of coffee after long journey, the free office coffee not strong enough. After work, there are 30mins before my train departure, starving , long way home....need some nuts ... I know its all excuse. sometime I hope my office locate in nowhere, no attempting things.

hi Tianfeng2022! I don't commute any more but I found it harder organising food when I did. Would your workplace allow you to keep coffee and a French press at your desk (if you have a desk)? That way you could make coffee at work as strong as you wished but you wouldn't have to buy it every day. Would it be worth buying snacks like nuts with your grocery shop and taking them with you to work for your journey home? It's just a thought, I know it can be tricky.Tianfeng2022 said:if I go to work, it's really hard for not spending. Bring your own! I never travel without a drink and a couple of snacks in my bag. It really cuts down on buying food while you’re out, and in those moments of ‘dead time’.Tianfeng2022 said:if I go to work, it's really hard for not spending.
