First NSD of April for me @cathybird1

3/14 please @cathybird but it was tough today - I really really wanted the fish and chips😒 better health and better wallet for not doing, but really enjoy the fish and chips and I have nothing to replace them with, my meal was adequate but not as good as fish and chips. 😒😒😒. I know there are lot worse problems in the world. But I am really struggling...not sure what the answer is? feeling stressed also.2

@HotDog2020 what KajiKita said, bravo for resisting xx
Does it help to think "I'm just going to do this for today"? Then when tomorrow comes round you do the same thing, you treat "today" as the only battleground you have to worry about. I've found this way of thinking helpful sometimes when battling stuff. xx
