    - OPs to mortgage = £11,338 Interest saved £5225 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

    #4 1 NSD for me yesterday, taking me to 8/12. Not sure if I'm going to make it this month but will keep trying. I think I'll aim for 12 again in May :)
