Monthly update. I got paid from my second job on Friday so managed to send money into my SIIP. I had 2 weeks holiday in January, so considering the holiday it was not a too bad month, I made the same as December.

Mortgage OP £989 £1791/£10000
I also managed to get flight to see the in laws with air miles, so a nice holiday to look forward to in May :)

Just realized I forgot to update my diary last could of months, March was a very stressful month, too busy at work as I had agreed to do a few extra days and also one difficult client. I wasn't sleeping well and failed to exercise. I ended up dropping a day from one of my jobs as I think I am not very productive when I'm tired, so back to working 4 days a week.
OPs kept going, Mar OPs £713, April OPs £1000. Mortgage balance now -£164,680.
Market seems to be recovering and I am now -£31,500 short of being mortgage neutral :)
I added 3.5k to my SIIP in March and 2.5k in April.
Its a nice day and just getting the courage to go for a run :)

Thank you @kaycastle
I'm having a good week so far. We had some nice weather so spent quite a lot of time in the garden, have run 2x 6km and went to the gym yesterday and will be going today as well as I am off :). It's nice to have a day off mid week to re-charge. I have also deleted my Instagram app from my phone and it's amazing how much time you waste scrolling nonsense. It is also better for my mental health as I don't keep looking at people travelling and feeling left out. I have been feeling happier and reading more on my commute rather than just checking SM.
Tomorrow I'm meeting some old work colleagues for dinner after work. I haven't seen some of them in a while. I can't believe it's been 1 year since I left my old job. I do not regret it and just wish I had taken the plunge sooner as it was such a toxic environment. I'm really enjoying working in different places, but some time feel 3 different jobs is a bit much lol. Maybe I will drop to 2 jobs in the future. My income is now at the same level as it was before.
