I had a very busy and productive day at work yesterday, which is good as the main job is actually very quiet, that's the benefit of working in 2 different places. It was so hot though, sleeping has been a struggle. 

I got a message from the cleaner yesterday saying she couldn't come, so I just sent the money to the mortgage, £45 OP. Mortgage now -£181,135. I still have some interest to receive from my ISA so will make another OP during the week.

I have been on a low carb diet for over a week and lost 2kg, I know it's mostly water retention but it's nice seeing the number on the scale going down I think I will do another week and go back to normal, just wanted a little quick boost as the weight seems harder to shift nowadays. I want to loose 4kg, not that much but I was feeling fat and bloated.
