Poundland always have a few bits to use for an easter gift basket, like the basket itself and egg shaped sweets, mini chicks and cuddly ducks & bunnies
I made my daughter a small basket last year but cant find the pic now0 -
I wanted to do something a bit different this year for my children and friends children etc. Some great ideas thank you0

Hi... My first post on this bit of forum.... today I was visiting a dear friend of the family who told me a tale... A few years ago she was going to visit a long lost relative in Belguim and didnt know what gift to take.. So she got a basket that was lined with pretty fabric and had a handle, and filled it with English foods, such as teabags, marmite, marmalade. biscuits etc... She got to the relations house, and after the welcomes, gave the pressie.. only to be confronted by a shocked face... her relation left the room and came back with a basket with a handle, lined with pretty fabric, and filled with Belguim foods!!
She went on to say that last autumn, she had been travelling in Europe and collected lots of unusal canned foods, from France, Germany, East Germany, Belguim, and Holland.. and made up a basket for her son for part of his Christmas pressie... And he is loving opening cans and not really knowing whats going to be in it
I am going to be doing non choccy baskets for my family this year.... My darling monsters get far to many Easter eggs given to them!"Aunty C McB-Wik"
