Seems to be a common issue at the moment with the CNBC allocating cases to the claimants local court.3

Why not if that’s the people who allocated it wrongly, can they not reverse it if I just got the letter through post? I’ll try both and update accordingly.1

Good morning, I have submitted a formal complaint to HMCTS and followed up with a phone call to CNBC. They told me the same thing - that I need to call St. Helens, as the case has been transferred there. I’m about to call St. Helens for the second time, as my first call resulted in being directed back to CNBC, who then told me to contact St. Helens instead. What a mess!4

I am at St Helens county court a week on Monday (19th) for a brief hearing. If you have heard nothing by close of business next Friday if you want to let me know and I'll go and speak to the court manager there
Don't bother ringing as it will just go through to the National Contact Centre.
Email instead.5 -

They must have spotted the sudden influx of wrongly allocated parking claims. Given DCB Legal alone file over 100,000 cases per annum, this is unsustainable for one court, as well as against the CPRs and unfair on LIP defendants who live hundreds of miles away and have a right to their choice of local court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Email instead.Hi, I’ve emailed both CNBC and St Helens County Court, and I’ve also submitted a formal complaint through the HMCTS website. They said I should hear back within 10 working days. After that, I called the national contact centre. The advisor confirmed it does sound like a clerk’s error, but he couldn’t transfer me to a supervisor because the case has already been transferred over to St Helens and it will take some time before it reaches a judge’s desk. He recommended that I send the emails and file the complaint, which I’ve done. He also said that if the court comes back with a decision to keep the hearing at St Helens, I should then submit a Form N244 to request the transfer.
To be honest, the way this has been handled feels questionable, like it’s giving an unfair advantage to this dodgy parking company. It doesn’t feel right, and it’s important someone inside the court hears that. Appreciate your help.
