Also which Claimant is this from?

Please show us a picture of the POC as well.  What caused the PCN?

Hi, thanks for the reply  I’ve now edited the thread title as requested.

I’ve attached the POC to this post. The Claimant is CE ltd.

The background is basically the same as the other case involving this dodgy car park, only cash payments were accepted at the time (this was during the COVID period), and the signage was poor and unclear, as shown in the attached photos. I never received any letters or reminders about this at all, the first I knew of it was when the court papers arrived through the post.

I did attend mediation, and I genuinely tried to settle it there by offering £10 just to put the whole thing to bed, but DCB Legal weren’t willing to accept that and pushed for the full amount. So now I’ve had a letter from St Helens court saying a judge will decide on allocation, which is a bit crazy considering it’s around 160 miles away from where I live.

But does that letter include the N180?

You just do what everyone else has done whose DCB Legal case was wrongly allocated to St Helens.

Search the forum for wording. Put the RIGHT court in the N180 and covering email and head it up 'complaint: incorrect court allocated".

Email that to St Helens and in the body of the email complain that this case was wrongly allocated (see also the thread someone answered on today where they have a phone hearing at St Helens).

Thank you. I’ve emailed all the relevant addresses at the CNBC and St Helens County Court. I’ll follow up with a phone call tomorrow to see if I can speak to someone at both the CNBC and St Helens.
